Testing MacJournal

January 27th, 2005

Hi all, it’s been a while since I last blogged, so I figured I was due. Plus, at Macworld the Panic crew got a free copy of MacJournal so I figured I’d give it the ol’ college try. So far it seems pretty nice, although I can’t seem to remember my blogger login info. 🙂 Anyway, I don’t really have much to report on the software front. I’ve been super busy at Panic wrapping up Transmit 3 development. In case you hadn’t heard, it won Macworld Best of Show and a Macminute Showtime award. 🙂 It should be hitting the web “real soon now”.

On the ES side of things I’ve been taking it easy after Bookit 3.5 shipped. However, I think I’m going to start in on some interface changes for 3.6. I have been thinking a lot about making Bookit easy to approach and understand if you don’t want to use it for bookmark sycning (which is what it’s currently designed for). I think the changes will make life a lot easy for people using Bookit for the first time. Stay tuned….
